Can I order online and pick-up in store?


Yes. There is an option at check out for you to pay online and pick up in the store. After making your purchase, contact us to verify your order and at that time you will be given a pick-up date and time. Thank you for shopping at Cinderella's Closet Lingerie.




Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately at this time we are not shipping internationally. Check back periodically, as this may change in the future.




What is the processing time for orders that are shipped?


Orders that are placed before 12 noon PST, are shipped the same day. Orders that are placed after 12 noon PST, are shipped the following business day. We offer standard and priority shipping options: Standard Shipping - 2-3 business days
Priority Shipping - 1-3 business days Please note, delivery times are estimated by the United Parcel Service.




What is what I ordered does not fit, can I exchange it?


Yes you can! As long as the tags are still on the garment and the condition of the garment is "new", you can contact us at hello@prettybycinderellascloset.com to start the exchange process. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for complete details.
