We understand that buying a bra online can be challenging, which is why we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If by chance the fit is not quite right the first time, let us know and we will get you the perfect fit through our complimentary hassle-free return and exchange program.

Shipping Policy

Complimentary shipping on purchases $99 or more.

Orders placed before 12 noon PST will be mailed the same day.  Orders placed after 12 noon PST will go out the next business day.

Your “Pretty” garments are shipped via U.S. First Class or U.S. Priority mail.  At this time we do not offer International shipping.

Exchange Policy

We understand that purchasing lingerie online can be challenging, which is why for most items, we offer returns up to 15 days from your receipts date of purchase.

All returns are reviewed to determine if there is a valid claim for a refund or exchange.  The following conditions must be met before determining if a return or exchange can be granted:

  • Return made within 15 days of the receipts purchase date.

  • Item(s) being returned have not been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Item(s) have their original tags attached to the garments and are in their original packaging.

In some cases, including if your item was a gift, you may only be eligible for an exchange or boutique credit.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following items:

  • Underwear

  • Sale items
